Our team were fortunate to attend the Association of Workplace Investigators, Inc. Annual Conference in Atlanta where we connected with professionals on an international level. 

MacLean Investigation Services had the pleasure of sponsoring the HR Leaders Summit in Toronto, ON. We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to present on the topic of Procedural Fairness in Workplace Investigations. 

Our team had the privilege of participating in an incredible panel at the AWI Workplace Investigations in Canada Conference, where we explored the unique challenges and best practices involved in conducting workplace investigations in law enforcement and national security settings. Together, we discussed complexities such as confidentiality, organizational culture, hierarchy, and trauma-informed approaches within high-stakes investigative contexts.
